+This is the first meeting so the rubric below is only partial to what you will get in the following weeks.
+

+#### Agenda
+
+Feedback: **Good**
+
+- The agenda was uploaded on time.
+- The agenda was formatted according to the template.
+- Try to use titles per agenda point to make it a bit less convoluted.
+- The time estimates in the agenda seemed to be a bit inaccurate.
+

+#### Chair performance
+
+Feedback: **Good - Excellent**
+
+- You did a good job with starting the meeting and checking in with everyone.
+- You did a good job in leading the meeting towards your agenda points.
+- Great job on guiding everyone in the discussion. They were actively listening to you as you walked them through the agenda.
+- Try to keep the focus more on you. I noticed others were taking more the lead at some points but not something too noticeable.
+- Try to make the meetings a bit longer. It concluded quite early.

+- The overall atmosphere was very constructive and positive.
