style(client): align ingredient and step list widths
...
- Remove AnchorPane wrappers from IngredientList and RecipeStepList
- Set maxWidth to Infinity on root VBox elements
- Set maxWidth to Infinity on ListView components
- Both lists now have consistent widths and fill container space
Fixes #48
