- The agenda was uploaded on time.

- I liked that you kept the addendum and provisional list of tasks for everyone.
- Try to slightly adjust the layout of the agenda to be easier to read. For example, you can have sections like Opening, Updates, Feedback, Closing etc - you can use anything you want.
Performance of the Previous Minute Taker

- The notes have not been merged into the agenda file. Next time make sure to include the notes in the agenda.
- The notes are extensive and cover most of the discussed points.
- The action points are clear.
- I liked that you grouped the notes based on discussed points. You can do the same but in the agenda file.
- Agreements seem to be realistic.
- There isn't a clear list of who is responsible for what. Make sure to include this in the minutes so everyone can review their tasks.
- A table for who does what might be useful.
